Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and support business networks at customer locations.
  • Install and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, wireless networks, and structured cabling.
  • Deploy, configure, and support Windows desktops and Windows Server environments.
  • Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, file sharing, printing, and user account issues.
  • Configure and maintain network services including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
  • Document network configurations, system changes, and completed work.
  • Provide professional on-site and remote technical support to customers.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience administering Windows Server and Windows desktop operating systems.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services.
  • Experience with business networking equipment such as Fortinet, SonicWall, Ubiquiti, Cisco, Peplink, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, VPNs, and wireless technologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently at customer sites with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
