Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our architectural firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving growth in the architecture sector.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand our client base and increase market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the architecture team to create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new projects
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies
- Work closely with project teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
- Manage and track business development activities using CRM software
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts to senior management
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the architecture or construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Strong understanding of architectural industry trends, practices, and challenges
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
