Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on promoting and selling cosmetics and pharmaceutical products to businesses in the region. The ideal candidate will be a female professional with a strong background in B2B sales and marketing, particularly in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.

  • Develop and implement effective B2B sales and marketing strategies for cosmetics and pharmaceutical products
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform marketing and sales strategies
  • Create compelling presentations and marketing materials tailored to B2B clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with business customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the cosmetics and/or pharmaceutical industries
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales and marketing techniques
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant marketing tools
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies
  • Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • In-depth knowledge of cosmetics and pharmaceutical products
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries
  • Relevant sales or marketing certifications (preferred)
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required
